Surprising 800 visitors with cocktails during the opening of a new location.

For the opening of the new Audi dealership in The Hague, the showroom was transformed into a cocktailbar party venue for one evening. On such an evening everything must run smoothly. A tasty drink in hand is essential.

Together with the client, we brainstormed how to provide all guests with their favorite cocktail as efficiently as possible. We created multiple distribution points by setting up our Mobile Cocktail Bike and Mobile Cocktail Bar in the showroom. Our experienced bartenders were ready to shake a unique cocktail for everyone. Amidst the Audis, a real cocktailbar party emerged! Those who still had to drive home could, of course, come to us for a mocktail. How about a Virgin Moscow Mule or Virgin Mojito? Just as delicious! Meanwhile, our partner, Van der Linde Catering, provided tasty snacks while the guests enjoyed various performances.

A renowned media company hosted its cocktailbar party at Feel Good TentEvent. A unique location nestled in the woods of Lage Vuursche. There, you can find large white tents decorated with atmospheric lights. After a day filled with activities, it was imperative to end with a grand celebration.

The media company wanted to impress its employees by offering more than just the standard beer and a bowl of party snacks. This employee party called for cocktails! In consultation with the client, we found a suitable spot on the premises. We set up our Cocktail Bike and wooden Cocktail Bar opposite the main stage. This way, everyone could order a delicious cocktail straight from the dance floor. Our bartenders, dressed head to toe in Peaky Blinders attire, started working with unique ingredients and flavors.

By handling the Mobile Cocktail Bar operations from start to finish, we ensured the attendees could enjoy bubbly cocktails without a care in the world. Additionally, we ensured a swift service flow by utilizing our Bike and Cocktail Bar.

Mixing cocktails for 125 guests at a wedding.

The perfect end to a wedding? A dazzling party at Dudok In Het Park! Great music, a view overlooking the oldest park in Rotterdam, and a delightful cocktail in hand. The perfect recipe for a fantastic evening. We discussed all the desires with the bride and groom. After, it was time to check out the party location and determine the best spot for our Bar or Bike.

The dance floor - the heart of the celebration and thus, the ideal spot for our Mobile Cocktail Bar. While dancing away, guests could approach us for a splendid cocktail. There was a diverse menu of 8 unique cocktails. A Dutch Mule or Hazelnut Caipiroska? Nothing is too outrageous for us! Our bartenders added to the experience by sharing a special story behind each cocktail. Combined with the catering from our partner Dudok, we turned it into an unforgettable party.

Organizing a Cocktail Workshop for 54 guests.

WoodWing organized a Christmas dinner with a twist. Before everyone settled down for a delightful dinner at the Krelis restaurant in Uitgeest, it was time for a Cocktail Workshop!

We began by preparing various cocktails, from a classic Mojito to an exotic Flamingo. But, that wasn't all: our bartenders shared stories about the origin of the cocktail, the necessary cocktail tools, and the latest cocktail trends. Of course, there was also a lot of shaking, smelling, and tasting. The bartenders' Peaky Blinders outfits completed the scene. Those who wanted could even step behind our Mobile Cocktail Bar and experience what it's like to be a real bartender. Prefer a non-alcoholic cocktail? Guests had the opportunity to craft a surprising mocktail using Seedlip's alcohol-free spirits.

Together with the client, we thoroughly discussed the cocktail wishes. This way, we could provide everyone with a delightful cocktail or mocktail that afternoon. A reception at a wedding designed as a food truck festival? That is our cup of cocktail (uh tea)!

On a beautiful summer day, we set up our Bike at the premises of Karakter Wijnimport in Amsterdam. We laid out all the cocktail necessities and soon enough, the wedding guests began to approach with curiosity. It was time for our bartenders to shake and stir! The guests sipped on unique cocktails while enjoying the view over the IJ river. The industrial location combined with excellent catering, wines, and effervescent cocktails made it a reception to remember.

Thanks to our personalized approach, we could precisely meet the wishes of the bridal couple. DCMR Environmental Service Rijnmond had a reason to celebrate, and we were privileged to be a part of it. Together with our partner, Via Sparta Events, we ensured an unforgettable jubilee party at the Sparta Stadium.

A unique venue, great ambiance, and special drinks. Check, check & check. With our distinctive cocktails, we were delighted to contribute to an unforgettable corporate party. Making it a real cocktailbar party. Our bartenders, dressed head to toe in Peaky Blinders style, transported the guests to the roaring twenties. At the Mobile Cocktail Bar, one could choose from a diverse menu of cocktails with unique flavors. No alcohol? No problem. Our bartenders also shook up delicious mocktails. As always, we used reusable plastic glasses, muddlers, and bioplastic straws.

Given the large number of attendees and the unique venue, we had to be smart with the available space. We addressed this by using not only our Mobile Cocktail Bar but also an existing bar at the location. The outcome? Swift service and satisfied visitors.
